Class Cancellation by the company
We may have to cancel/postpone a training session, if the following conditions prevail
- The class has less than the minimum numbers required for a session (10).
- Trainer unavailability on the day of training due to personal or medical reasons
- Access to the training equipment is hampered by a technical reason.
- Any other factor that makes it impossible for CWC to deliver the classes.
- We will issue a refund if the learner has made a payment for a course we are unable to deliver. A refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- If we move or postpone a class, we will allow the learner to choose a date convenient to them in the next 6 months
- If the learner agrees to move the date with us, we will compensate them for the same by either adding some value added service or support for a period of 1 month from the date of training
*Refunds only apply to course fees; they do not include travel or logistical expenses.
In any of the aforementioned scenarios, CWC will notify the client as soon as is reasonably possible, and the client may select a different date for the same course or alternatively, ask for a refund.
Class cancellation by the learner
We do not allow class cancellations unless the learner has requested for the same minimum 15 working days prior to the class start date. If a learner wants to postpone/reschedule a lesson after paying the full training charge, the following terms will apply.
- The client must submit a written statement mentioning: The Complete Course Name, Personal Details and cause of cancellation
- Choose a different date for the same course in the same calendar year
- In order to confirm the availability of the trainer, the customer should define the anticipated training dates 15 days in advance.
